Had 60gy of adjuvant imrt 15 years ago after an intermediate-grade parotid tumor was removed with a positive margin along the facial nerve. i was 30. no recurrences, but what are the chances of the imrt causing a second cancer? what type is likely?

Radiation induced cancer of the proximity organs (skin, nasopharyngeal, bone cancer) can happen but quite rare so you should not lose your sleep over it.
