I've been on 20mg propranolol for a few weeks for anxiety,today i felt so tired and had a headache i think my bp is low, i only took 10mg today and a tylenol and i'm worried about withdrawing from it as i read you can have a heart attack?

The propranolol can induce fatigue, lowering of blood pressure or reducing resting heart rate below 50. 10 mgs is a very low dose and should pose no cardiovascular rebound when you discontinue it especially if you had no cardiovascular issues like arrhythmia before starting it.
