Give tylenol (acetaminophen) now.: It seems the temperature is going higher fast which is causing headache and shakiness . You can check the temperature .Heart rate goes high with high fever. Give a dose of tyienol now and wait for temperature to come down a.lso talk to your doctor and get him examined ,treatment .
