I took 10mg of inderal (propranolol) for fast heart rate (anxiety) and after 2 hours i feel like a pressure in top of chest near neck (for 20-30 minutes). my bp it'?

Get evaluated ASAP: Without much to go on (e.g. early family history of heart problems, history of clotting disorder, etc.) it is vey difficult to pass this off as anxiety. You should seek medical evaluation in-person immediately at Urgent Care or Emergency Dept if you have not yet been evaluated. Even though your young age is protective, you can still be at risk for serious conditions related to chest pain.
