Mri brain results, atrophy & ex vacuo dilated lateral ventricles. tbi 10yrs ago. headache, nausea, blurry/double vision. is it acquired hydrocephalus?

Possibly: Ex vacuo is usually ventricular enlargement due to decreased cerebral tissue. Usually asymptomatic, your acquired hydrocephalus and its underlying mechanism of traumatic brain injury are likely related to your symptoms. Please speak with your health care provider about symptomatic treatment.
