Taking MVI should not cause cold symptoms. Not uncommonly do people have cold syndrome without an exposure. Remember, covid-19 prevalence is still high, around 70-80 thousands cases a day in America but the true number is likely 2-3 times higher so if possible, isolate yourself for at least 5 days even if the home antigen test is negative.
