Immune booster : In order to boost the immune system, I recommend a low inflammatory diet. Avoid sugar, alcohol, high animal fats. In addition, I recommend eating lean proteins fish, egg whites, lentils, beans. (small portions each meal) . Drink extra water. eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Manage stress, exercise, sleep well, plenty of hugs. High vitamin d levels in the body are helpful for COVID-19
