The radiologist refers clearly to the absence of pneumonia or parenchymal infiltrates and that could have been one of the questions asked by the treating doc trying to discover the diagnosis.

All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no cause for concern in the report you provided. Wish you good health!
