I did a blooder surgery after i fall in june 2022. i rested for 2 month july and august 2022.i started running this month september 2022.im a full-time runner,sometimes after my training my urine turns red.after i drank water it turn white again?

Urine with red color is easily differentiated from urine with dark color. If you think your urine is truly red, not dark, urine should be collected after training for testing to rule out gross hematuria because you had bladder surgery just 3 months before. If gross hematuria is confirmed, you need to revisit your urologist for advice.
