No: Looks like you have blood in your urine when you drink a lot of water it gets diluted and then you are unable to see the blood in the urine.If you can see blood in urine, i m sure even after drinking a lot of water and dilution you have microscopic blood in your urine which is called microscopic hematuria and is abnormal.It ll need investigation that where blood is coming from.Contact yr physician.
