I recommend a complete history, system review and a thorough physical examination with more testing to include a complete metabolic profile as well as thyroid testing,iron & iron binding capacity,vit B12 level,urinalysis. If no abnormalities, you could be dealing with depression & a consultation with a mental health professional is advisable.

Try to not sleep more than 9 hour a day. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. You may consult a primary care provider to ascertain if any investigation is needed. Wish you good health!
