i had an emergency appendectomy 4 days ago, via laparoscopic surgery. when can i resume physical activity including gym workouts?

Dr. Mark Hoepfner

Ask your surgeon: Best to ask your surgeon. Usually wait at least 2 weeks before heavy activities, but each surgeon has their own recommendations. Usually a person is given instructions from the hospital at discharge too.
