I am 33 weeks pregnant, i quit using at 29 weeks i used (smoke) meth regularly, since i quit at 29 weeks will the umbilical cord and the babys first poop still test dirty???

Drug exposure testing is not routine with newborns, but if I have reason to look I can find evidence of any exposure after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. If you don't expose baby again and don't draw the attention of the delivery team there is unlikely to look. If you end up on aa Family Services watch list, the staff may be required to test. & will find it.

If tested, meth residue will be detectable in the meconium. Keep clean. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
