Not clear...: ...if you or your friend is smoking the methamphetamine. However, finding it in the baby's stool should not be your concern, but the health of the baby. Methamphetamine is EXTREMELY dangerous to the fetus. Stop smoking and stop hanging around people who do. Your OB can refer you to an addiction specialist, mutual support from Narcotics Anonymous has been life-changing for many.
