Before I suspect MS, I would look for other scattered neurological symptoms & signs. Parkinsonism can start like that but the slurring speech symptoms wouldn't be so few and far between. ALS.or myasthenia gravis aren't likely in my opinion. Dry mouth,klonopin and fatigue may be more likely causes in your case. If you're still concerned you can consult a neurologist for evaluation and advice.

This is unlikely MS, however before getting an extensive neuro work up, if it’s possible I would slowly reduce the klonopine under your physicians recommendation and stop the e-cigarettes. It is very likely your symptoms are related to both of those substances. It would also make your neurological evaluation much easier and accurate. Good luck
