Does Dr know symptom: RVSP is a sign - or rather, a calculation based on an echocardiogram. By itself, it doesn't mean anything as the measure could be flawed. PAH is a medical condition characterized by high pressures in the pulmonary vessels. While symptom severity correlates with pressure, PAH is diagnosed by Cardiologist based on SYMPTOMS. Did the "Dr" know of your symptoms? Do you feel "normal"?
