If you saw one of our Dr's on the Acute care or Primary care options, and the med was not successfully transmitted, First, check your chart. It may just be waiting for you to confirm the pharmacy. If this is not the case, please call the Help Desk- they will be able to look up your information and talk to one of the Dr's to assist you.
