When can i expect my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy i have on file? its been two hours and ive called them 5 times and it is still not there?

If you were seen by a doctor on HealthTap, you are in the wrong forum. You need to use website - connect@healthtap.com. If your question is for doctor outside of HealthTap then you need to call his (her) office. Good luck.

If on HealthTap, you need to confirm your pharmacy on the app or website for the prescription to be sent electronically right away. If you don’t confirm your pharmacy, the prescription is sent to the pharmacy that is on file in 2 hours. So, now that it is 2 hours later, the prescription will likely be sent. If it is still not sent, call HealthTap support line and they can help track it. Good luck!
