Labyrinthitis: Acute labyrinthitis may result in motion sensation vertigo and hearing loss. This often resolves with time however is variable. Persistent asymmetrical hearing loss and/or persistent dizziness/vertigo requires and ENT/otolaryngology evaluation and audiogram.
