I had a hellers myotomy on monday and i can slowly pass urine but i am completely constipated. i am not having tummy pains but also have no urges to go. i am eating high fibre and taking lactulose. working? we are now day day 4 past surgery?

It could be related to not eating before surgery or right after and you might have a BM soon. In immediate post surgery cases it is always bes and safest to consult the operating surgeon for any post-op problems.
