Those few red blood cells sound insignificant and could be caused by trauma from the spinal tap. The spinal fluid in MS is usually normal. In Alzheimer's there may be elevated protein levels. Your neurologist can advise you best.

Your post is somewhat confusing, as it is not clear as to what symptoms prompted the spinal tap. "Nucleated cell count too low" is also not clear in spinal fluid analysis report.
