Please help, is this normal? 1 y.o female, left kidney size measuring: 5.12.4cm with renal parenchymal thickness of 9mm, right kidney: 5.92.4cm with renal parenchymal thickness of 11-13 mm. the left ureter is not dilated?

Did your daughter have history of reflux nephropathy? Just base on the kidney sizes, it is difficult to say if there is any significant abnormality. If she had problem with the left kidney in the past, a nuclear scan with split function may give more info about the function of each kidney.

It does not seem to be. But all diagnoses are made in conjunction with history and physical exam. Your best bet is to see a pediatric Urologist. Good luck.
