I'm currently on blood pressure medication (arb) and my bp at rest is 110/70. the other day i got really excited and my bp climbed to 180/90... after 30 minutes it was 150/80 and when i got home it was 118/76. do i need to add more meds?

Blood pressure goes up & down throughout the day. It is not static. If the pressure is consistently in the normal range (<130/80) then transient increases are not a problem.
