4 mo twin baby with ankle clonus in legs with more than 10 beats and could be unprovoked.born in 37 week.no issues in pregnancy and delivery.only jaundice which required short nicu stay. no other neurological issues identified. what pt is recommended?

None. Ankle clonus is a reflection of the maturity level of the infants' nervous system. It is often present to some degree until the kids start to cruise/walk between 9-15 months after the progression of nerve maturity occurs. These are normal primitive reflexes. Find it in a 2 yo and I consider CP. Relax.
