3 months 10 days old premature delivered boy have frequent ankle clonus but other neurological exam normal n he behaves a normal attitude..is it norma?

Normal: The nervous system matures from the top down and it takes some progression of that process to eliminate the normal clonus seen in newborns. We expect it to be gone after they start walking.
