Is it safe to take imodium and lexapro? i am new to taking lexapro 10mg daily and also have ibs. i want to make sure i can continue taking imodium as needed. when needed i take 1-2 pills of imodium multi symptom relief a day for 2 days?

You can take small dose as needed for a day or two but daily use with regular dose of imodium is not recommended due to risk of cardiac arrhythmia.
