Of late, i've frequently been getting the urge to sneeze but it goes away at the last minute. i've intentionally made myself sneeze every time this has happened by irritating the nostrils. is it ok if i don't induce a sneeze? thank you?

Sneeze is a natural reflex. If you feel about sneezing that but you can't just because the irritation is not strong enough and there is nothing wrong with that. If you can induce a sneeze it means your reflex is completely normal.
