For the past year, ive almost constantly felt like im not sure if im coming down with something because my throat feels kind of irritated, theres pressure behind my eyes, and my nose feels abnormal. what could this be? it never amounts to anythin?

Perennial allergies can cause these symptoms& think about excessively dry environment, presence of animal dander,dust collectors in your bedroom. People who live in the northeast can have these symptoms often called New England sinuses. You could consult an otolaryngologist for evaluation&advice. In the meantime try taking antihistamine and get a prescription for a steroid nasal spray like flonase
