When i move my eyes up, down, or side-to-side, i can feel thick mucus come down my throat. basically postnasal drip. if i wipe my eyes or even blink hard, the same thing happens - postnasal drip. what could be causing this? i also have nasal pressure?

The only way I could connect your eye maneuvers to postnasal drip symptoms is if you have mucus buildup in your paranasal sinuses from allergies or infection. An ENT specialist could examine and advise you. CT scan of the sinuses may be recommended for further evaluation.
