If you are talking about a new onset of pain several months after a blood clot that is like the pain you had with the clot and you are no longer taking anticoagulants then you should see your doctor right away. If your leg has been hurting continuously since your diagnosis and you have been on anticoagulants you should also talk to your doctor. Without more history and an exam that's all I can say
