Depends : It appears the ruled out lower extremity vascular obstruction. Is the edema worse when you stand for long? Renal diseases, liver disease and congestive heart failure especially if associated with dypsnea on exertion are some diseases to consider.

Cramping in left calf. No meds to cause a blood clot, mirena IUD, no swelling,redness or tenderness, no pain with flexing foot, but some pretty tight cramps. Laid around a lot the last 3 days but tried to rotate ankles & stretch legs in bed often?
