I did one fit stool test back in march, it was negative. i have read you should do more then one test. should you do two tests same day with same or different sample or wait a day or two to do the second test?

Hi, I have done 2 seperate FOB tests. The first 3 one was positive and the second test all 3 were negative. I have hemerrhoids. I dont have any other symptoms. Loose stools everyday, go regularly once a day. No change in habit. Anything serious?
