Yes, these expired medications won't hurt you but the effectiveness will depend how long they have expired. They should remain effective within 6 months or so.

The expiration date is the point where the manufacturer can no longer guarantee the potency of the product. You can take it, but it may be less potent. These over-the-counter meds do not turn toxic at that point. It would be reasonable to add the items to your shopping list to replace when you can.
