Yes: You can take a standard dose of Ibuprofen (up to 400 mg) every 6-8 hours and a standard dose of Naproxen (up to 500mg) every 12 hours. Be sure to take both with food. You are correct to not take Ibuprofen and Naproxen at the same time (same time period)as this can be harmful to your kidneys. You can take tylenol (acetaminophen) at the same time as Naproxen or Ibuprofen since it is in a different class of drugs.

Yes.: I am not sure of your dose, but a one time thing is ok. Max dose Ibuprofen is 800 four times/day and Naproxen 550 twice/day.
