I've had a uti for 6 months and for the past 2 months my left kidney has a stabbing pain that makes my body feel drowsy i'm only 22 the pain comes and goes everyday it usually last a few hours i'm not on any medication?

Please consult a doctor at your earliest. If you have chronic UTI that goes untreated it could result in kidney failure.

If you use the word drowsy accurately, drowsiness is not due to pain but it is likely the pain pill's side effect. I think you need to get a second opinion for the current conditions.
