I'm currently taking antibiotics for a uti. i'm on my last day of the 5days of it. i woke up i drank 2 cups of water and later my urine was a dark colour? does this indicate kidney damage? i also have mild pain in the left pubic area and testicle.

Some thoughts: It is quite unusual for males to get UTI's unless they have an anomaly of the urinary system. A more common cause of similar symptoms would be a STD which must be treated differently & often with more than one med. Dark urine is a description too vague to yield much information. It might be just more concentrated. Pain in the testis/pubic area suggests a STD/testis infection.
