Despite the normal EMG/NCS, I think you have enough pathology in your cervical spine.to cause symptoms. I recommend consulting a neurosurgeon for evaluation & advice as you're experiencing significant symptoms and you shouldn't wait until muscle weakness develops in your arm and hand.
