A blood pressure in that range would for most be adequate for normal daily activities. I suggest you skip the next scheduled dose. If you find you cannot function, contact your doc as some other issue may be involved.

Please always take meds as prescribed and do not use your discretion. Always. Call your prescriber regarding any questions. One time extra pill will not harm you.
