I have had a diffusely swollen goitre for over 5 years. recently had blood tests - high thyroid antibody but normal thyroid function. im very worried for thyroid cancer? swelling has not changed over the years. am i at high risk?

Risk of cancer from "thyroid goitre" is low, but see your endocrinologist for assessment and other testing.

Your risk of thyroid cancer is minimal. You are at risk for developing thyroid deficiency and should follow your doctor's advice about repeat tests. Wish you good health!
