The changes that occur during pregnancy are initiated by a complex network of hormones. After delivery, these hormones may take several months to normalize. Make sure to monitor your sugar levels daily and intake appropriate amounts of food so that you do not fall below 60mg/dl. Very important while your body is returning to normal.
