My cardiologist doesnt want me to take creatine anymore because it can boost the atp production which can increase the energy expenditure by the heart. i have pacs and pvcs and pericarditis and myocarditis twice. wouldnt that be beneficial for me?

No. Creatinine is not helpful for your health, unless you consider having a lighter wallet beneficial for your health!

I think the ATP production increasing harmful heart energy expenditure is a stretch. It all depends upon whom you ask & believe. Some feel creatine can cause cardiac arrhythmias and, if so ,wouldn't be good for you. I say leave that supplement for young amateur and professional athletes who believe it gives them energy and increased muscular strength.
