Uncircumcised skin: Hi this is a very common situation and you may need some steroid cream to apply under the foreskin gently to get these adhesions to diminish. Your family physician can direct you on how to do this or refer you to a urologist who can help. But, you have nothing to fear.

My foreskin is fairly tight when my penis is erect, the tip and part of the head can exit out of the foreskin however I am unable to get it past the head fully. Is this natural or do I need to see a doctor? I can retract it fully when flaccid?
Tight foreskin. Can be pulled 3/4 down the head just too tight to fully expose the head. When flaccid the foreskin can easily be pulled back and forth completely. Can urinate and complete sexual activities fine, just want to be able to fully retract?
