Translation= There are mucus levels seen in sinus cavities near the nose that should only contain air. In a 32 yo that suggests infection may be present in this mucus.

I recently had a CT scan done on my sinus and I have a 1.6 cm polyp or mucous retention cyst inferiorly in my left maxillary sinus what does it mean?
Mild to moderate scattered paranasal sinus mucosal thickening as above. Leftward nasal septal deviation. I did a ct scan of my sinuses. Had a ct scan before and diagnosed with sinusitis. I still have headaches, so in your opinion.this the cause?
