i have had ringing in both ears for the past ten months ct/mri scan showed only 2.3cm mucous retention cyst in right maxillary sinus. what is wrong?

Retention cyst : a mucous retention cyst is an incidental finding and has nothing to do with the other symptoms. An audio gram may be in order.
