The symptoms are concerning, and an evaluation with your Pediatrician is recommended. Review the growth chart and review a video of the coughing during a meal. His swallowing difficulty may cause aspiration and a cough. The cause may be anatomic or related to another condition. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, fever and drooling.
