No. Yes. if body fluids mix HIV can get in. Blood, spit, saliva into wound or eye. Beware. Always as partner if they have been tested. Always uses protection. If they have HIV is their virus titer down.

Genital warts and HIV are two different infections. HPV is by skin to skin contact and HIV with fluids e.g. blood saliva etc.. You can get both at the same time but by different mechanisms.
