I had surgery on right heel about 2 months ago. had to have a plate and 5 screws placed. now it's like i have these black dots on my heel and they're all like sticking out and i can feel the heads of what kinda feels like i have a splinter or????

You should report back to the surgeon. X-ray will determine any movement of screws. You can ask when will be safe to consider removal of any hardware. Also, the surgeon can answer your questions. If you have concerns you can always get a second opinion in person.
