Yes. No worries on the protein and mineral loss. Unless maybe you do it say 1,000 times in a few weeks. Never heard of this as a source of significant protein or mineral loss. I would look up protein and mineral content in Netherlands ejaculate and calculate. Then discuss with your Dr.

Not the best time to do it-but it is OK. there is miniscule 'loss of any kind and testosterone is not affected.
