A member asked:

I had and hsg yesterday and the images didn't show a cavity but so spilage in the tubes what could that mean been trying to have a baby?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Spillage of contrast indicates there is an opening that eggs could travel through to enter the tubes. Entry into the tubes is necessary for any pregnancy to occur. By itself, the spillage suggests this is possible.
