What conditions can display visibly on the nasal septum inside the nose? what is the likelihood of septum malignancy. is it rare? its regarding a white parch tad smaller than a sesame seed, very slightly raised, can barely feel the raise on septum?

Your nasal septum lesion sounds benign from your description, but I believe any substantial hard raised lesion inside the nostril should be evaluated by an ENT specialist to determine whether a biopsy is advisable.
